Oh Yea! This past week was probably the best of the Somerset’s Biggest Loser contest for me. I went from a 29 waist since the beginning to 25 after these first 6 weeks. My husband and I have figured out a good routine with the girls and we’ve found a good way to get our workouts in with and around the children. My “chickens” and I went to FL for a few days the beginning of March, which was fun but I was fearful that my dad’s hot dog diet (ew!) would affect how I had lost those first small lbs. I haven’t lost a lot of weight, maybe 7 lbs total now, but the inches have changed a lot. I’ll be interested to see what George has to say. Today, my husband and I did about a 7 mile bike ride through the state park, and believe me there are hills there! I was thrilled that I only had to get off my bike twice to push it up the hill. Alison has learned to “Listle” and Olivia has a new big bike with gears and hand breaks., both of them seem interested in riding their bikes this year, which is not something that I had expected of Alison. She’s a bit more resistant to outdoor activity, but the new pink bike with pearl paint makes her happy I think. I get to go and ride my horse Siddhartha tomorrow, and I’m thrilled about that, I know it’s time to get him out and on the trails. I’m so excited! I need to sit down and write more often, because I truly enjoy it. I am thrilled today and so happy and blessed.
