Pats on the back and atta-boys.  No one is going to do it but me. 

I wish I had something more enlightening to write about than the fact that I went to Precision Fitness after work today and did my arms.  That's pretty much all there was to it.  I didn't have any mental breakthroughs.  I was very blah. Cardboard.  Going through the motions.

My daughter on the other hand reminded me this evening how to be a better person.  She is a sweet, good, genuine little person. I would want to be friends with her.  She doesn't want to hurt your feelings, she doesn't want to do anything wrong.  She tries very hard to please others, but make no mistake, she is a strong little person and will stand up for herself. 

She made a mistake today at dance class and understood what she did, and told on herself.  She came and got me to help her out.  She is a very honest person. 

She went into her dance class, worked very very hard, and came out to change into her tap shoes.  She was proud of herself.  A little peacock, she had a little smirk on her pretty little face  She had done well.  I hugged her, and I felt so proud of her too.  She went back into the tap part of class and came out with two stickers.  "One is for Ali" she said of the extra sticker.  She's thoughtful.  She thought of her sister.  She walked over to two of the little girls in her class and hugged them.  "See you next week."  She doesn't go to school with these little children, they are in completely different districts.  She doesn't care.  She's just a good person. Hm. 

She's honest.

She apologizes when she does something wrong.

She stands up for herself.

She is affectionate and fun-loving.

She is proud of her accomplishments.

She is a good person. 

She is thoughtful.

I should try to be more like my daughter.  *smile* with a little tear.
