  • So Wed I had a appt with George at the Gym for a assement to see my fitness level. I did a walking test to see how quickly I could walk a half mile going as fast as I could. Then I used several weight machines to see either how many I could do or do so many and see if it was easy or hard. Then he took my weight and measurements and I did lose about 15 pounds since my last assement. I also lost some inches. So wed night and Thursday I was kinda sore like I am almost always after working out. George wants me to work out 4 times a week and one of those times each week sould be at this one new class there called Group Active. Never done the class before but I will try it next Wed. So I am trying to figure out a schedule that will allow me to get to the gym 4 times a week and the best option seems to be, The gym Wed, Thurs, Sat, and Sun. but I also could go Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun. or it could be Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun. I am somewhat stuck at my grandmothers from Sun evening to Wed evening. So two days a break and then two more days and then a two day break seems the best but after working out yesterday I was only able to do half the work out(I should have done my upper workout but I messed up the treadmill part so I just did my lower workout.) Like I said my back and upper legs were already sore. And I had a new and improved workout that George chainged for me so I was doing a faster treadmill speed and more weight with a 3rd set on some machines= Very sore last night and today. So at 1pm today I took some Excedrin Back and Body and made some SF Hot Chocolate with a pink heart marshmellow ad relaxed in a hot bath. I do feel a bit better afterword but I am so tired of being sore. I am always sore everyday it seems. Even if I just do alot of walking shopping or my old workout that I have been doing for a long while now. I'm overweight I know that causes alot of the sorness but I do enjoy working out, I like how I feel right after working out. I just wish it did not come with allsoreness. I am just fed up with being sore all the time and having to take pain medcine to feel enough better to even do everyday things like cooking and cleaning and laundry and taking care of my Grandma or go grocery shopping like I am doing this evening to get grocerys for my grandma. Any Ideas any tips. I am wondering if I have Fibromylisia(sp). Sigh!
