Body For Life: Begin Week 9

I didn't entirely stick to the program this past week because I had to "carb load" for the two days prior to the half marathon. Back to the actual program this week.

 

My Stats:

Weight =====> 132.4 (loss of 2 lbs/lost 8.4 lbs overall)
Waist ======> 26.5" (no change/ lost 4" overall)
Hips =======> 34" (no change/lost 2.5" overall)
Thigh ======> 17.5" (no change/ lost 1" overall)

Workouts:

Monday = 30 mins Kickboxing, 25 mins bike
Tuesday = Upper body weights
Wednesday = missed gym due to poor planning:(
Thursday = Ran 7.35 miles
Friday = planned day off
Saturday = planned day off, walked a lot though
Sunday = Ran in half marathon (13.1 miles)
