Body For Life: Begin Week 8

Week seven was not such a great week for me AT ALL! I made the entire weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) into "Free days", as far as food was concerned and it definitely showed on the scale. I am doing a Half Marathon this coming weekend so I am not going to be completely following the plan until after that race because my body is going to need the extra carbs just to last for 13.1 miles. (YIKES! Why did I sign up for this?!?!?)

My Stats:

Weight =====> 134.4 (gain of 1.8 lbs/lost 6.4 lbs overall)
Waist ======> 26.5" (no change/ lost 4" overall)
Hips =======> 34" (loss of .5"/lost 2.5" overall)
Thigh ======> 17.5" (no change/ lost 1" overall)

Workouts:

Monday = Treadmill intervals for 3.64 miles
Tuesday = Run on treadmill for 4.54 miles
Wednesday = AM Weights (Lower body)
Thursday = Run outside for 6.2 miles
Friday = nothing
Saturday = Walk 8 miles, Ran 5K race (26:58)
Sunday = nothing

As you can see, I am concentrating a lot of energy on running right now. Back to the plan soon though.
